Hi, my name is Brad and I am 17 years old. The staff here asked if I would help give a "virtual tour" of the detention center, so here it goes. Highlands is a secure detention facility in Southwest Virginia. The detention center is surrounded by chain link fences. Anytime we go outside, we are in a fenced-in area that keeps us from escaping. |
